Olympic Center Jahorina Management has organized the Final Collegium for the previous winter season. The main theme of the Collegium was a comprehensive analysis of the past winter season, detailed reports, the effects and the plans for the coming summer and the next winter season. In addition to the Collegium, we also organized a Team Building for all employees at the Jahorina Olympic Center aimed at inspiring and encouraging groups of employees to communicate through a variety of events of entertainment and motivational character. This program has provided realistic experiences that allow individuals to contribute to achieving the common goals and improve productivity.
