Montenegro Ski Resorts

Montenegro Ski Resorts is a company established to manage ski resorts, including the already constructed Kolašin 1600, as well as the ski centers Cmiljača and Žarski, which are currently under construction. Future projects include ski centers Torine and Jelovica, the mountain center Komovi, and the Komovi Eco-Adventure Park. The general development concept of Montenegro Ski Resorts aims at maximizing the value of existing ski centers and constructing new resorts in the Bjelasica and Komovi areas.

According to the special-purpose spatial plan for Bjelasica and Komovi, base settlements are planned at the foot of the ski resorts. The plan envisions a total of 224 kilometers of ski trails on Bjelasica, serviced by 52 lifts/cable cars, along with the construction of 53 hotels, 23 apartment-style hotels (condo hotels, apartments, etc.), one hostel, and one mountain lodge. The establishment of “Montenegro Ski Resorts” is a key prerequisite for initiating and successfully managing locations where substantial investments in infrastructure have already been made in recent years.

The Olympic Center ‘Jahorina’ has signed an agreement with the ski resorts of Montenegro regarding seasonal ski passes, allowing skiers to ski under favorable conditions in ski resorts in Montenegro and Jahorina. With this agreement, all owners of seasonal ski passes for Montenegro’s ski centers (Kolašin, Durmitor, Vučje) will be able to ski for three days for free in the Olympic Center ‘Jahorina.’ Additionally, owners of seasonal ski passes purchased at the OC Jahorina are entitled to three consecutive days of free skiing at the ski resorts in Montenegro.
