Due to the strong wind with a speed of 24 m / s, the work of vertical transport installations that transport skiers to the top of the mountain has been suspended. We are constantly monitoring the changes, and as soon as the necessary safe conditions for commissioning are created, the installations will be put into operation again.
We have decided to provide skiers and boarders who have a valid ski pass for 5.1.2022, due to unfavorable weather conditions at the Jahorina ski resort, alternative day or night skiing that can be used at any time until the end of the winter season 21/22. In accordance with the meteorological announcements, the wind is expected to decrease by the end of the day and new snowfall during tomorrow, which will significantly contribute to the improvement of conditions for skiing, snowboarding and staying on the mountain.
We thank all the guests of Jahorina for their understanding and we emphasize that our main goal is the safety of every guest of our mountain.
