Summer on Jahorina started with more then 2,000 visitors

Jahorina Olympic Center officially opened the summer season last weekend when a whopping 2,000 summer runs were made on this mountain. The first day of the summer season is marked by free use of all summer facilities and a large number of visitors who came to the mountain for refreshing. The rich offer and well-prepared mountain for summer make Jahorina a favorite destination for escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. During the summer season, visitors will have access to the six-seater lift Poljice for panoramic sightseeing, summer sledding, x-race, outdoor gym, sports fields, marked mountain walking trails and bicycle rentals, each from 10:00 to 17:00h. Jahorina Olympic Center has prepared promotional weekends for all categories of visitors, so parents, young people, schoolchildren and pensioners will be eligible for a discount of 15 to 60 percent this summer. One of the novelties is Jahorina’s souvenir shop, which is located on the Plateau of Poljica and offers visitors a wide selection of the most beautiful Jahorina souvenirs.

In parallel with the realization of the summer season, the Jahorina Olympic Center is working on numerous projects, of which the most interesting is the mountain coaster. It is planned that the new summer content will see the light of day during this season. The 2.5 km length that starts from the lake at the top of the mountain and ends at the Poljice Plateau will make this content surely the most attractive. Numerous events, surprise concerts, new facilities as well as excellent gastronomy and wellness offer by the Jarohina hoteliera await all guests in an oasis of greenery and clean mountain air during the summer months.
