If it is not possible to organize this, employees must wash or disinfect their hands and disinfect the counter where payment and ordering are made at the same time between charging and issuing the order.
The catering worker / waiter can also charge while the guest is sitting at the table.
Ventilation during the presence of persons in the premises
Continuous ventilation will be provided by supplying outside fresh air with the maximum possible air flow. It is necessary to provide adequate natural ventilation. We will not use air conditioners.
Cleaning and disinfection in the building
The facility is cleaned by hygienists. In the first shift, the hygienist enters the facility first and checks whether disinfection has been performed. The last person to come out at the end of the working day is again a hygienist who has the task of disinfecting all work and floor surfaces, handles, faucets, handrails on chairs, tables and chair seats if they allow wet cleaning, partitions, if any, and all toilets and areas with which guests / visitors and staff came into contact.
Dishes, cutlery and other utensils used by guests / visitors are machine washed at a temperature higher than 80 degrees C. If dishes and utensils are washed by hand, it is necessary to immerse them in a solution of detergent and water temperature over 60 degrees C, and after send it well. Regular disinfection of chairs and tables after each guest / visitor, partitions, if any, devices for entering the PIN code and other surfaces and objects that come into contact with guests / visitors during the provision of services is mandatory.
It is recommended to take all work clothes home or to the institution that performs washing after the end of the working day and wash them at a temperature of 60-90 degrees C.
For sanitary facilities, it is necessary to ensure more frequent proper cleaning and hygiene.
Waste management
After cleaning and disinfecting the work area, it is necessary to remove the personal protective equipment properly. Personal protective equipment and waste from cleaning the space, as well as disposed masks of guests / visitors and employees and gloves, if worn, must be placed in a plastic waste bag and, when full, tied tightly.
Measures for employees in the workspace
- The temperature is measured on arrival at work with a non-contact thermometer, and people with high temperature return home. In case of fever or other symptoms of an infectious disease (cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, weakness, muscle pain, diarrhea, vomiting…), with or without fever, it is necessary to contact a family doctor by phone and not to come to work.
- Employees change the mask every 2-3 hours.
- It is necessary to provide hot water, soap and alcohol, containing a means for regular hand washing and disinfection after each visitor / guest and each action in which the employee touches money, work surface, object, piece of furniture or equipment that came into contact with other persons. .
- Sufficient space should be provided in the employee’s rest areas and tables and chairs should be spaced apart. When staying in the rest room, it is necessary to meet the criterion of physical distance of 2m, and to avoid the simultaneous rest of the employee.
- Rest time should be limited to a maximum of 15 minutes if two people use the rest time at the same time, however if more than one employee is staying in the same indoor holiday area, it is recommended that they do not use the rest time at the same time.
Personal hygiene
It is necessary to carry out proper hand hygiene, since it is the most important measure of infection control. Hands should be washed with soap and water for at least 20 seconds as often as possible. An alcohol-based hand wash containing 70% alcohol can be used, but not as a substitute for hand washing with soap and water. It is necessary to provide pictorial instructions for proper hand washing for employees and guests.
Do not use hand dryers.
Avoid contact with body fluids.
Do not touch eyes, nose or mouth.
Use a tissue when coughing, sneezing or touching the face. After use, the handkerchief should be thrown in the garbage bag. In the absence of a handkerchief, sneeze / cough into the elbow, never into the palms.
PURCHASE OF SKI TICKETS
It is necessary, through the official website of the Company, as well as through social networks, to inform service users about new ways of selling / buying ski passes. In order to reduce interpersonal contacts, reduce and automate the process and sales channels, the Company has enabled the purchase of ski passes through a user-friendly web shop. With just a few clicks at any one time, skiers can purchase any type of ski pass. Previously purchased ski passes can be picked up at special pick up locations, which allows you to avoid queues and gatherings at points of sale. For those who want it, it will still be possible to buy tickets – physically at points of sale.
In order to reduce the crowds at the points of sale, at the busiest location Poljice, the number of points of sale has been doubled.
As much as possible, users should be informed and directed about the possibilities of electronic payment. There are two options for purchasing through the Company’s web shop:
- skiers are given the opportunity to buy the desired ticket online and pick it up at a pickup spot provided for that purpose only;
- if the user already has a Keycard, it is possible to enter the data from the ticket and top it up online for the desired days of skiing – this option is the simplest and involves direct arrival at the trail without stopping at points of sale.
STAFF
Covid-19 Test – All Ski Center employees will be tested on covid 19 before the start of the winter tourist season. Those employees who have frequent contact with guests will be tested several times during the season, whenever the conditions are met.
